Professional football is back. The 2024 NFL season kicks off Thursday night with a rematch of last season’s AFC championship game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens. The Chiefs won that game in Baltimore and went on to capture their second consecutive Super Bowl championship.
The Chiefs and Ravens are expected to be two of the biggest heavyweights in the conference again this year, each led by a two-time league MVP quarterback in Patrick Mahomes for the Chiefs and the Ravens’ Lamar Jackson. It’ll be the first step in the Chiefs’ quest to become the first NFL team to win three straight Super Bowls.
