A Pennsylvania man was charged with illegally voting in two states during the 2020 presidential election.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania announced that it filed five charges against Philip Pulley, 62, for falsely registering to vote, double voting, and election fraud. During the 2020 election, Pulley allegedly used a false Social Security number and address to register in Philadelphia despite already being registered to vote in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and Broward County, Florida. He proceeded to request a mail-in ballot from Philadelphia while also voting in Montgomery and Broward counties.
In the November 2022 elections, he voted twice in Pennsylvania, using his Montgomery and Philadelphia addresses.
