A new bombshell hit the Trump campaign on Tuesday.
A federal appeals court ruled that the former President does not have immunity from potential charges from the Biden Department of Justice over the 2020 election.
The Trump campaign replied that without presidential immunity, “every future President who leaves office will be immediately indicted by the opposing party.”
