Sebastian Chacon, the actor who drummed as Warren Rojas in Daisy Jones & The Six, has been sued for sexual assault by three women over alleged incidents between 2017 and 2022. The lawsuit was filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which temporarily lifts the statute of limitations and expires tomorrow. Chacon’s attorney said in a statement to People that the actor “vehemently denies” the allegations. Per a copy of the complaint obtained by Deadline, the first Jane Doe accuser claimed that Chacon groomed her “under the guise of a romantic relationship” in the summer of 2017 — when she was 16, and he was 24.
