U.S. Rep. Jared Golden reported raising just over $450,000 in the final quarter of 2021 ahead of a likely rematch with former Rep. Bruce Poliquin later this year.
It brings Golden’s total fundraising this cycle to more than $2 million, or roughly $650,000 more than the two-term Democratic congressman raised at this time during his last campaign. That signals an expensive contest likely to come after Golden narrowly defeated Poliquin in 2018.
